New Employee In-Processing

Congratulations on being selected for a new position with DoDDS Europe!

Before a firm job offer may be extended, verification of employment eligiblity must be confirmed, pre-employment conditions must be met, and the necessary inprocessing forms must be completed. There are four steps to this process.

  1. The DoDDS-E Human Resources (HR) representative will indicate which Employment Category contains the appropriate inprocessing forms. Click on the specific link to access the forms and complete them.
  2. Submit the inprocessing package to the HR representative once all of the forms have been completed.
  3. The HR representative will schedule an appointment to finalize the civilian personnel inprocessing.
  4. Review our "Step by Step" for new employees for additional information and instructions.
