New Employee In-Processing
Congratulations on being selected for a new position with DoDDS Europe!
Before a firm job offer may be extended, verification of employment eligiblity must be confirmed, pre-employment conditions must be met, and the necessary inprocessing forms must be completed. There are four steps to this process.
- The DoDDS-E Human Resources (HR) representative will indicate which Employment Category contains the appropriate inprocessing forms. Click on the specific link to access the forms and complete them.
- Submit the inprocessing package to the HR representative once all of the forms have been completed.
- The HR representative will schedule an appointment to finalize the civilian personnel inprocessing.
- Review our "Step by Step" for new employees for additional information and instructions.
Any other questions during this process should be directed to the HR representative who requested this information.
