MISSION

Working in concert with DoDEA, district and school staffs, it is the task of the Education Division personnel to provide expert guidance and support in a variety of educational endeavors. This support is centered on 3 basic goals:
Program Monitoring and Assessment, Professional Development and Training, and Technical Assistance.

Curricular Programs DoDDS Europe K-12 educational programs in core areas of Reading/English/ Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science, as well as Assistive Technology, AVID, CSP/NCA/PD, Early Childhood, Education Program Assistance, Educational Technology, Fine Arts, Foreign Languages, Host Nation, English as a Second Language (ESL), Partial Immersion, Gifted Education, Health Education, Information Centers, JASON Project, JROTC, Musical Instrument Repair, Physical Education/Athletics, Professional Technical Studies, and Special Education

Co-Curricular Programs Student academic, fine arts and athletic activities that support basic curriculum

Home Schooling There are two possible options for home schooling. Home schooling under the Non-DoD Schools Program (NDSP), were no Department of Defense Dependents Schools are available within the commuting area and home schooling as a parental preference.

Non-DoD School Program Support/information for dependents of US Government employees living abroad in areas not serviced by a DoDDS school.
