kindergarten programs in the DoDDS-Europe are full day programs.
Developmentally appropriate kindergarten programs provide positive
academic, social, and emotional benefits for young children.
DoDDS-Europe kindergarten programs give children more opportunities
to participate in project-based activities, interactive learning,
and more active exploration. The programs emphasize standards-based
instruction in all areas with special emphasis on problem solving,
inquiry, language development, social skills, and literacy.
