· Staff development for Athletic Directors and Coaches,
specifically the ASEP/NFHS Coaches Certification Course.

· Coordinate with the American Red Cross to offer CPR/Sports
Safety Certification for all schools as part of the Health, PE, and
athletic curriculums.

· Assist in planning and organizing district athletic director
meetings.

· Provide assistance to the school athletic directors to develop
athletic policies, academic monitoring procedures, equipment
inventory, equipment and uniform ordering.

· Assist District Personnel with transportation budgets.
